The Paksong coffee tour starts in the coffee growing center from the Bolaven Plateau.
The tour is highly informative and you'll see a coffee nursery, a new peace of land to start "our own" coffee farm, a farm with young coffee trees, an old farm, coffee processing (wet and dry).

When we come back we roast some fresh coffee and drink a couple of very fine fresh wok roasted coffee.

During the tour we see different varieties of Arabica, different coffee farms and a new coffee plantation, a coffee nursery, coffee drying areas and coffee processing.
The 'after party'
When we are back from the coffee tour you drink a freshly wok roasted Italian style Espresso (Bialetti).
