Arriving in Tat Fane.
The soon you arrive in Tat Fane we start drinking a very nice top selected coffee. At the same time we have a look how to wok roast coffee.

When coffee is harvested it has to be processed, we have a look and discuss the different qualities and processes with in our mind: how to make a top selection coffee.

Flash trip to an Organic Coffee Farm.
Tat Fane is at an altitude that we have Robusta and Arabica. The waterfall area is also surrounded by small coffee plantations and coffee farms.
We visit a small organic coffee farm with Arabica trees, growing and harvesting coffee is explained, also the difference between Robusta and Arabica coffee.
The 'after party'
When we are back from the organic coffee farm we drink the very fresh roasted coffee in a French or Italian style (Bialetti).
